Fein — Nicotine Quitting App

What We Collect

During onboarding, Fein asks for:

• First name (optional — you can skip this)
• Gender
• Nicotine product types (e.g. vape, cigarettes)
• Usage duration, tolerance, quit attempts
• Craving triggers
• Approximate monthly spend (optional)
• How you heard about us

All of this data is stored locally on your device only. It never leaves your phone and is never uploaded to any server.

Third-Party Services

Supabase — We create an anonymous account on first launch for basic app functionality. No personal information is attached to this account — only a random identifier.

RevenueCat — If you subscribe to Fein Pro, RevenueCat processes your subscription status. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details. RevenueCat may collect device identifiers and purchase history per their privacy policy.

What We Don't Do

• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not run ads or share data with advertisers
• We do not collect your email, phone number, or location
• We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone

Data Storage

All your quit journey data (streak, relapses, onboarding answers) is stored on your device using local storage. If you delete the app, this data is permanently erased.

Your Rights

You can delete all your data at any time from My Account → Restart Onboarding. This erases everything and starts fresh.

Children's Privacy

Fein is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
